Dear Family,
I figured I’d better get this newsletter into the web site manager before Lorna and I got a nasty gram from him saying we were late. I think Grandma Mary is the best one for getting stuff in on time. It was really Lorna’s turn to do the newsletter but she said something about being busy with a Stake Achievement Day Activity and Stake Family Enrichment Day for Relief Society this past weekend and wouldn’t have time to do it. Lorna’s presidency put on a stake wide achievement day activity, and then she talked in the enrichment day festivities. Since we have no kids at home, that left me to do the newsletter.
Lorna and I kept busy in February as we finished up with Ward Conferences for the stake. Thank goodness that is done and behind us. Of course that means we are now into our second round of visits to the wards / branches in the stake so we never do get to go to our own ward. The stake presidency and stake leaders do three visits each year to all the units. We have these visits scheduled on the stake calendar so they are planned out for the year and we really don’t have opportunity for many changes once they are scheduled.
On the work front, our company was bought on March 30, 2006

have happened to Purolator. There should be no impact with any of the people in
Lorna keeps herself busy with church and work. Most nights
you will find her burning the midnight oil at Brock Cabinets. Many a night she
comes home hours after I get home but we appreciate her dedication and success
she is having with sales of cabinets. She is planning on coming to
Back in February we had a chance to have
One last news bit to report on before I sign off. We went to
Well I’ll sign off for now unless Lorna makes changes when she proof reads it. I’ve improved, Lorna only corrected 23.5% of my words. We are looking forward to seeing everyone in July.
Go Cougars beat that team up north.
